Our Estate Planning Service help organise your financial affairs, including Wills, Trusts, and Inheritance Tax planning, to protect assets, reduce tax liabilities, and provide long-term security for your loved ones.

Where additional costs may arise, these will always be discussed and agreed with you in advance. From the outset, we explain each step of the process and keep you informed as your matter progresses, with the aim of making what can feel like a complex or daunting process as straightforward and manageable as possible.

We also provide our services in multiple languages, including Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, as well as using the Relay service. to ensure our advice is accessible and inclusive.

TI Law is regulated by CILEx (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) Regulation. We specialise in Estate Administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship orders and Trusts.
